meet min!

Min came to dog walking, by chance after she found her "heart dog" Sky, at a local rehoming centre. Sky found it hard to be a confident dog when she joined the family and so Min decided to dedicate her time learning more about dog behaviour so she could help Sky overcome her anxieties. This led Min to discovering more about modern science based dog training and behaviour that supports the emotional and physical needs of a dog through kind and ethical approaches. This is the moral compass that Min works from when caring and working with dogs.

Having had a successful background of working across many community projects supporting and mentoring adults, families and their children, Min soon realised she could put the skill set she possessed and genuine compassion for both people and their dogs to good use.

...So the journey began, which today has resulted in Min connecting up with a wider community of pet professionals at a local, national and international level, who share the same passion for ethology, modern, science led approaches to dog centred, training and behaviour.

Scent work and freework are central to everything Min does and she continues to educate herself further in understanding our pet dog. She regularly attends courses, CPD events, mentoring and coaching sessions, however she insists that her biggest learning so far has come from the best tutor going...
the dog!

Through understanding the emotions at both ends of the lead, Min offers  "it's all about the dog" approach to dog walking and more recently dog training and behaviour. Her approach is kind, compassionate and considerate towards the coaching of their guardians too!

"If you paws for a moment, I'll give you a hand.."
